Insanity MAX 30 is HERE!!

ALL RIGHT! Insanity Max :30 is finally here and has been released as of December 2nd, 2014. 


We will be starting a challenge group on January 5th so if you don't want to miss out on the start date, I suggest getting it now. What is Insanity Max: 30? 
     Insanity Max: 30  is Shaun T's NEWEST Insanity workout program. It's a program that was designed to help you become stronger, faster, lose weight, tone up, a better athlete, or just get into all around the best possible shape in as little as 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week for 60 days.      For beginners each workout has modifications still giving you an INSANE workout in 30 minutes.

What Does it Mean to MAX OUT?
     When you get to the point where you feel the need to take a break, and its not a scheduled break time, then you have MAXED OUT! Simply put, the ultimate goal of this workout is to go for as long as you can, and to #DIGDEEPER than you ever have during the 30 minute workout without having to take an unscheduled break. Push yourself to the max, when you feel the need, take a break. Write down your time and celebrate it, because in the course of 60 days it is sure to change! Regardless of your time 2 minutes,5 or 7 minutes, celebrate it and watch how over the course of the program that time changes. DO NOT pause the workout. Join back in when your good and ready. When you get back in focus on making yourself stronger. The next time you do that workout, focus on going a bit longer than your last time. Obviously the goal is to go the whole 30 minutes but even Shuan T maxed out at 22 minutes, so don't beat yourself up about it.
